Description
A two in one musical instrument. Shake it and you have the sounds of a maraca. Beat the leather and you have a drum. This musical instrument has been made from a gourd. Hence every one of these instruments is unique in shape and size. Butterfly and floral pattern have been burnt onto the gourd. A wooden stick to beat the leather drum accompanies this musical instrument. Material: gourd Size: Maraca sizes vary- approx. 18-22 cms in length. 

Not recommended for very young children without supervision. Age 3+

( La Central Interregional de Artesanos del Peru ) , a non- profit organisation which helps improve the social and economic situation of producers from many different regions of Peru. C.I.A.P. saw the need to provide a way for the producers to receive fair wages and safe working conditions without exploitation.
